The contest will be held in accordance with the Regulation on the organisation and conduct of the contest for the vacant position of General Director of Cricova Winery JSC, approved by the Board’s decision of 12 August 2024.

For the implementation phase planned for 2026, the main objective is to prepare the feasibility study, which will include:
- defining and approving the project concept and delivery model;
- implementation timeline;
- economic feasibility (financing costs, projected revenues);
- preparation of the technical specification;
- technical feasibility;
- risk analysis.
Interested economic operators are invited to submit offers reflecting their relevant experience, proposed approach, delivery timeline and financial conditions for the requested services.
Offers will be analysed with a view to selecting the optimal solution from a technical and economic standpoint, in line with the project’s objectives and requirements.
